# get_leadership

Who founded a company and whether founders or a family control it (roles, voting and economic %, basis), the current CEO, and CEO pay by fiscal year from the proxy. Founder fields are read from SEC filings by an AI model; rows marked confidence low may be inaccurate.

## Parameters
