# Fundalyze API and MCP server > Research data on US-listed companies from SEC filings and other public sources (normalized financial statements, filings, insider and congressional trades, ownership, headlines and U.S. economic indicators), for AI assistants over MCP (https://api.fundalyze.ai/mcp) and for code over REST (https://api.fundalyze.ai/api/public/v1). Included in every paid Fundalyze plan; authenticate with an API key (`Authorization: Bearer fdz_live_...`) or an OAuth sign-in. Every answer carries a fundalyze.ai link where the figures can be checked. No live prices or market data. Limits: 2,000 calls per key per UTC day, one call at a time per key. Each link below is the Markdown version of a docs page; the HTML page is the same URL without `/md`. ## Docs - [Fundalyze API and MCP server](https://fundalyze.ai/developers/md): Research data on US-listed companies from SEC filings and other public sources, for your AI assistant over MCP or your own code over REST. - [API reference](https://fundalyze.ai/developers/md/reference): every tool by group, with parameters and examples - [Data dictionary](https://fundalyze.ai/developers/md/dictionary): every metric key get_financials accepts - [API changelog](https://fundalyze.ai/developers/md/changelog): Every change to the Fundalyze API and MCP server, newest first.
