Markets cards show the day’s change
Each index card on Home now shows how much it moved on the day.
- On the web, each Markets card on Home now shows the 1-day change next to the last close, instead of the 1-month return
- In the iPhone app, the day’s change sits beside each card’s level, with the 1-month and 1-year returns kept, and an index’s detail sheet adds a 1-day figure
Company logos, and one source line per page
Company logos now appear across the web and iPhone app, and data sources are listed once at the foot of each page.
- Logos show next to the company name on a stock page, and in watchlist rows, Recently viewed on Home, comparison tables and ticker search results
- A company without a logo shows its first letter instead
- The “Source” lines under individual cards are gone: each page now names its data sources once, in a short footer
Dividends on every stock page
A new Dividends card and a full dividend history for dividend-paying stocks, on the web and in the iPhone app.
- A Dividends card on Overview shows the yield, annual rate, last dividend and ex-date, payout ratio, 5-year growth and years of growth in a row
- Key stats gain a Dividend yield row
- Financials → View → Dividends lists dividends per share by year, with growth on the year before, a bar chart and Export

Live prices, with a Refresh button
Stock prices now update live during market hours, on the web and in the iPhone app.
- A stock page’s price shows when it was last updated ("as of 2:41 pm") and has a Refresh button while the market is open, before the open and after hours
- A Pre-market or After hours badge shows outside regular trading; once the market closes, the price says "at close"
- Your watchlist and Recently viewed on Home load live prices when you open them, and position gains, losses and weights follow those prices
- In the iPhone app, pull down on a stock page, the Watchlist or Home to refresh
Market movers on Home
A new card on Home lists the day’s biggest gainers and losers while the market is open.
- Switch between Gainers and Losers to see the 25 biggest moves among US stocks worth $250 million or more and priced above $5
- Each row shows the price and the percent change, and the ticker opens its stock page
- The card sits above Market news, on the web and in the iPhone app, and hides while the market is closed
A new Earnings tab
Every stock’s Earnings tab now shows its last 12 reports, with expected and reported earnings per share.
- Tiles show the latest report’s surprise, how many quarters in a row it beat estimates, and when the next report is expected
- A chart compares estimated and actual earnings per share, and each report opens its earnings press release filed with the SEC
- The watchlist’s Next earnings column now shows for every member, marked as an estimate
- Earnings-call transcripts and AI call summaries are now in a small beta and show as coming soon for everyone else
Try a full stock page before you subscribe
Visitors now see the same stock page members use, with a short preview of each section.
- Without a subscription, a stock page shows the price, key stats and a one-year chart, plus the first five rows of filings, insider trades, fund holders, congressional trades and short interest
- Financial statements show the last two annual reports as filed, and each preview ends with how many more rows a subscription unlocks
- The free congressional, insider and fund pages work the same way, with the first five rows of each list
Fixed: highlight drag handles off by a line’s width when a selection wraps
Dragging a highlight that wraps onto a second line now lands exactly where you drag.
- Dragging a highlight that wraps onto a second line now moves its handles to exactly where you drag, instead of leaving them offset to the right of the true start and end
- This showed up most on narrow screens, like the iPhone app, where a selection is more likely to wrap
Insider trades: foreign-currency cluster buys priced correctly
Cluster buy alerts priced in a foreign currency now show the real dollar total, and the live feed is more reliable.
- Insider buys filed in a foreign currency (like Brazil's Banco Bradesco, on local shares priced in reais) now convert to the correct dollar total, instead of showing "$0" or no amount at all
- The live insider feed on the homepage and the free insider trades page no longer occasionally fails to load while data updates run in the background
Fixed: Instant alerts and nightly screen watch now send
A bug kept yesterday’s new alerts from going out; they’re fixed and sending now.
- Instant alerts and the nightly Watch for saved screens went live yesterday but silently failed to send since launch — that’s fixed
- No backlog was sent for the time they were down; you’ll get alerts for anything that happens from now on
Reader fixes: a failed summary now tells you, and tidier dates
A failed AI summary no longer spins forever, and highlight dates drop the time.
- If an AI summary fails to load in the iPhone app’s reader, you’ll see "Couldn’t load the summary" with a Retry button, instead of a spinner that never stops
- Highlight cards and a summary’s "Generated" line now show just the date (like "Oct 11, 2026") instead of the exact time
Instant alerts, and a nightly watch for your saved screens
Get an email the moment something happens on your watchlist, or when a saved screen’s results change overnight.
- Account → Alerts has a new Instant alerts block: choose filings, insider trades or short interest changes, and which lists trigger them — sent within about 15 minutes of the event
- Any saved screen in your Library can be set to "Watch nightly": after each overnight update, get an email listing what newly qualified or dropped out, and why
- Turning either on for the first time never emails you a backlog — only what happens from then on
- On iPhone, these alerts can also push a notification to your phone that opens straight to what changed (iPhone app 1.1.0)
iPhone reader: notes save on the first tap, delete confirms
Three more fixes to the iPhone app’s reader, for notes, deleting highlights and which theme a filing opens in.
- Typing a note and tapping Save while the keyboard is still open now saves it right away, instead of needing a second tap
- Deleting a highlight in the iPhone reader now asks you to confirm first
- If you’re using the app in light mode and have never picked Dark or Paper yourself, a filing now opens on the lighter Paper page instead of defaulting to Dark

Fixed: Account menu could hide behind page buttons
The Account menu no longer draws behind other buttons on the page.

Reader fixes: clearer selection, steadier handles, restored outlines
Several reader bugs fixed on the iPhone app and in opening new filings.
- Text selection in the reader (filings and earnings calls) is now clearly visible in light mode, not just dark
- Dragging a selection handle now moves it letter by letter and lands exactly where you drag it, instead of snapping to whole words
- A brief issue caused some newly opened filings to lose their section outline (showing only "Full Document"); that's fixed
Fixed: Share on a chart also downloaded the file on Mac
Share on a financial chart now only copies the image on desktop, instead of also downloading a file.
- Clicking Share on a chart on a Mac or desktop now just copies the image to your clipboard, matching the price chart
- Download PNG still only downloads, and dismissing the share menu no longer triggers a download
Updated Terms and Privacy Policy (Version 3)
Our Terms and Privacy Policy move to Version 3, with clearer rules on what we keep and for how long.
- Creating an account, on the web or in the iPhone app, now requires agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Policy
- If you haven't agreed to the current version yet, you'll see a short one-time prompt to do so
- Deleting your account now tells you exactly what records are kept afterward, and for how long
- The iPhone app has a new Privacy setting for analytics in Account, off by default for members in the EU/UK/EEA until you agree
Economy page, redesigned: more indicators, charts and Compare
The Economy page now covers 54 indicators with trend charts, grouped browsing, and a way to compare against a stock.
- Four headline numbers up top — inflation, unemployment, the fed funds rate and the 10-year Treasury yield — each with a small trend line
- Browse all 54 indicators by group, or see them all at once
- Open any indicator for a full chart with 1-year, 5-year, 10-year and max ranges, shaded recession periods, and a plain-language note on why it matters

Watchlists: saved views and a way to manage your lists
The Watchlist page now saves your views and gathers list management in one place.
- Save multiple views per list — your chosen columns, sort and filters — and switch between them
- Choose columns from the same set the screener uses, plus columns specific to watchlists
- Your view and sort stay in the page’s address, so a filtered watchlist can be shared or bookmarked
- Manage your lists — rename, reorder or delete — in one place
- A cleaner layout on phones, and the alert popover now says how many lists it covers
Account, redesigned
Account is now three tabs — Profile, Alerts and Billing — each easier to use on its own.
- Profile, Alerts and Billing are each their own page now, so you can link or bookmark one directly
- Deleting your account opens a dialog that lists what gets deleted and asks you to type DELETE to confirm
- Alerts let you choose which watchlists send the digest email, and show when it last sent and where
- Billing shows a clearer status for paused or failed payments, and a Retry button if it fails to load
- The checkout success page now says exactly what you bought
Insider trades: wrong values hidden, major banks fixed
Trades we can't price correctly in dollars are now hidden instead of shown wrong, and several banks' insider filings are fixed.
- A trade priced in a currency or unit we can’t convert to dollars now shows "Value not shown" instead of a wrong number
- JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo and Bank of America insider trades are back after being filed under the wrong stock
- Largest purchases no longer hides legitimate large trades, like TSMC’s
- About 300 older fund (13F) filings had totals off by a factor of 1,000 from filer errors — corrected where the right number could be confirmed against prices
Financial statements: cleaner numbers, plus smaller fixes
Removed the dot on every Financials figure in favor of a hover hint, and fixed a few display issues.
- Every number in Financial statements still opens its source filing — just without the dot; hover to see where it leads, and a one-time tip shows you how
- The free preview’s statement tabs now read "Income", "Balance sheet" and "Cash flow" so they fit on a phone, matching the member page
- Segmented controls and tables that scroll on a phone now fade at the edge to show there is more
- Links inside paragraphs are now underlined for easier reading
Funds and Investors
A new section built from 13F filings shows what funds are buying, selling and holding.
- Funds: what funds opened, added to, trimmed or sold out of last quarter, with each position’s share of the fund — filter by fund type, size or your watchlist, and export the list
- Data by Funds: every 13F filer as one firm, with its fund type and how many positions it holds
- A page for every fund (combining all its filing entities — Vanguard’s 10 become one page), with holdings, what changed this quarter and sector mix
- Investors: a new top-level section with a page for every investor, photo included when available

Trades, redesigned
Insiders, Congress and Congress members now share one toolbar, with filters you can share as a link.

Readers, rebuilt
The filing and earnings-call readers get a new layout, built around highlights and AI summaries.
- A new layout: an outline on the left, and your choice of the AI summary or Highlights & notes on the right, plus a highlights minimap
- Tap a highlight to edit its color or note in place, or delete it with a few seconds to undo
- AI summaries show your daily limit, keep generating if you leave the page, and give a clearer message when one fails

Stock pages, redesigned
Every company page gets a new layout, with sharper tools for comps, insiders, funds and Congress.
- One row of section names (Overview, Financial statements, Comps, Filings, Earnings calls, Insiders, Funds, Congress, Short interest) stays in view as you scroll
- Overview: company bio, price chart, 52-week range, key stats, and a preview of every section below
- Comps peers are now hand-picked per company instead of the closest market cap in the same category (no more Apple next to GoPro) — edit and save your own set
- Insiders, Funds (13F) and Congress trades filter by type with counts, and insiders show the shares held after each trade
- The price chart has a visible view switch, and the Watchlist button now names the list a stock is already on
Financial statements, rebuilt
The Financial statements tab is redesigned: one row of tabs, one toolbar, and a chart above the table.
- One row of tabs (Income, Balance sheet, Cash flow, Equity, Comprehensive, Segments, What changed) with an As filed / Normalized switch
- One toolbar for period, years, growth or % of revenue, scale and currency — controls that do not apply grey out and say why
- A chart above the table that follows its periods; add any line to it, share it or download it as an image
- A cleaner table with one unit per row, and a dot on every number that opens the filing it came from
Data fixes: margins, bank filings and insider prices
Three sets of wrong numbers corrected.
- JPMorgan and other heavy filers now show their latest 10-K, 10-Q and fiscal year end
- Insider trades priced in a different share class or currency (ADRs, Taiwan shares) no longer top Largest purchases or show a bogus gain since the trade
- Gross margin no longer carries a stray dollar figure
Design and screener polish
Smaller fixes to the new design: hover cards, button colors, and a stray billing link.
- Fixed the ticker hover card: it had no styling, flickered near the bottom of the screen, showed foreign companies' enterprise value in the wrong currency, and showed listing dates a day early
- Buttons and tabs no longer turn solid blue when you hover over them
- The Segmented Data tab now shows up under Actuals, not just Normalized statements
- Removed a redundant "Go to the app" link from the Billing tab
Screener redesign: filter without typing numbers
Picking screener filters is now point-and-click, with live counts before you apply anything.
- Filters are pills like "Market cap · Over $300M" — click one for ready-made ranges (Mega, Large, Mid, Small, Micro), percentile bands, or a custom range in K/M/B/T
- Every filter option shows how many companies would pass before you apply it
- "Rank by" is now a row of factors you can weight and point in either direction
- Saved screens open as editable filter pills, marked "Edited" once you change them
- Backtests show their cost before you run them, and can rerun instantly from cache

A new look across the app: a reorganized nav, three theme modes, and a rebuilt Home screen.

Insider trades corrected, and Congress trade counts fixed
Corrected filings now replace the trades they fix, and a cap that hid some members' trade history is gone.
- A corrected insider trade (an amended filing) now replaces the trade it fixes, instead of sitting next to it and inflating totals
- The insider trades table shows shares and price, a working 52-week range, and flags trades of $10M or more
- "Cluster buy" alerts no longer include routine employee stock-purchase-plan buys
- Member pages with more than 1,000 trades or reports now show them all, and politician search suggests real names to pick from
- The public insider trades page no longer times out under heavy traffic
Foreign companies priced correctly
Fixes to how foreign filers and split-adjusted figures are shown, so the numbers match reality.
- Foreign companies' revenue, profit and per-share earnings now show in their own currency instead of being mislabeled with a dollar sign
- Valuation ratios for foreign companies now use the right currency and their most recent four quarters
- Per-share figures and share counts now reflect the latest stock split, not the numbers as originally filed
- Company descriptions now come from the company's own latest annual report, not an outdated summary
- Cash flow items like buybacks and dividends now show as money going out, matching the totals below them
Corrected net debt, margins and segment data
Fixes to figures pulled from financial statements that were quietly wrong for some companies.
- Net debt and enterprise value now count short-term investments, not just cash
- Operating margin corrected for companies that report costs as one combined line, which had shown impossible negative margins
- The Segmented Data tab now shows every quarter for a company, without duplicate rows
- Average volume, short interest range and watchlist prices now say which time window they cover
Billing fixes: correct renewal dates, no double charges
A batch of billing edge cases fixed so your plan and receipts stay accurate.
- Buying a second plan while you already have access is blocked, except upgrading to Lifetime
- A refunded or disputed Lifetime purchase now properly revokes access, and there's one free trial per person
- Your renewal date on the Billing page is shown correctly again
- You won't get duplicate billing emails for the same event anymore
Reader polish, a renamed nav item, and reliability fixes
Smaller fixes to the reader, navigation and AI summaries.
- The "Other" nav item is now called "Congress"
- The filing reader shows real section names (like Item 2, Management's Discussion) and tracks your reading progress more reliably
- A garbled or cut-off AI summary is no longer saved and shown that way forever — it's retried automatically
- Fixed an error that could stop the Highlights page from loading when it included a filing highlight
