Parameters

`since`	First filing date in the window (ISO).
`member.name`	Member's name (when `member` was given).
`member.bioguide_id`	Congress bioguide id.
`member.party`	Party.
`member.chamber`	house or senate.
`member.state`	State.
`member.district`	House district, e.g. CA11.
`member.is_current`	Whether the member sits today.
`member.committees[].name`	Current committee.
`member.committees[].title`	Role on it (Chair, Ranking Member) when any.
`trades[].filing_date`	Date the report was filed.
`trades[].transaction_date`	Date of the trade.
`trades[].member`	Member's name.
`trades[].bioguide_id`	Congress bioguide id.
`trades[].party`	Party.
`trades[].chamber`	house or senate.
`trades[].state`	State.
`trades[].ticker`	Ticker the asset resolves to; null for non-equity assets.
`trades[].asset_as_filed`	Symbol or description as written on the report.
`trades[].type`	purchase, sale or exchange.
`trades[].amount_low_usd`	Low end of the disclosed range, USD.
`trades[].amount_high_usd`	High end of the range, USD; null when open-ended.
`trades[].owner`	null = the member, SP spouse, JT joint, DC dependent child.
`trades[].source_url`	The report on the House Clerk or Senate site.

Errors

A bad parameter is a 400 naming it, an unknown ticker a 404, a busy key or a used-up day a 429. Every status and message: Errors.
