Parameters

Fields of data

What each field of data means. rows[].field is a field of each row in the rows list.

Field	Meaning
`ticker`	The ticker as listed in the SEC EDGAR directory, upper case.
`trades`	Trades disclosed in House and Senate Periodic Transaction Reports, newest filed first.
`trades[].transaction_date`	Date of the trade (ISO date).
`trades[].filing_date`	Date the disclosure was filed (ISO date).
`trades[].member`	The member of Congress who filed it.
`trades[].party`	The member's party (Democrat, Republican, Independent).
`trades[].chamber`	house or senate.
`trades[].state`	The member's state, two-letter code, when known.
`trades[].type`	purchase, sale or exchange, as disclosed.
`trades[].amount_low_usd`	Low end of the disclosed amount range, USD.
`trades[].amount_high_usd`	High end of the disclosed amount range, USD; null for an open-ended top range.
`trades[].owner`	Whose account: null = the member, SP spouse, JT joint, DC dependent child.
`trades[].source_url`	The disclosure document on the House or Senate site.

Errors

A bad parameter is a 400 naming it, an unknown ticker a 404, a busy key or a used-up day a 429. Every status and message: Errors.
