Parameters

Parameter	Type	Default	Description

`buys_only`	boolean	true	Open-market purchases only (code P); false adds sales (S).
`min_value_usd`	number	—	Only trades (or clusters' total buys) of at least this.
`clusters`	boolean	false	Instead of trades: stocks where 2+ insiders bought in the window.
`limit`	integer1–100	25	Rows to return, 1-100.

What each field of data means. rows[].field is a field of each row in the rows list.

`trades`	Open-market trades, newest filed first (list; see trades[]).
`since`	First filing date in the window (ISO).
`buys_only`	Whether sales were excluded.
`trades[].filed_date`	Date the Form 4 was filed.
`trades[].transaction_date`	Date of the trade.
`trades[].ticker`	Ticker of the security traded.
`trades[].company`	Company name from the SEC directory.
`trades[].owner`	Reporting insider's name.
`trades[].role`	Officer title, Director, 10% owner.
`trades[].code`	P open-market purchase, S open-market sale.
`trades[].shares`	Shares traded.
`trades[].price`	Price per share, USD.
`trades[].value_usd`	Shares times price, USD.
`trades[].shares_after`	Shares held after the trade.
`trades[].days_to_file`	Days between the trade and the filing.
`trades[].plan_10b5_1`	Date of the 10b5-1 plan adoption when the form names one.
`trades[].source_url`	The filing's index page on sec.gov.
`clusters[].ticker`	Ticker (clusters=true).
`clusters[].company`	Company name.
`clusters[].buyers`	Distinct insiders who bought in the window.
`clusters[].buys`	Number of purchase transactions.
`clusters[].buy_usd`	Total bought, USD.
`clusters[].sellers`	Distinct insiders who sold in the window.
`clusters[].sell_usd`	Total sold, USD.
`clusters[].first_filed`	First filing date in the cluster.
`clusters[].last_filed`	Last filing date in the cluster.
`clusters[].buyer_names`	The first few buyers' names.

A bad parameter is a 400 naming it, an unknown ticker a 404, a busy key or a used-up day a 429. Every status and message: Errors.
